Information you choose to share
When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you submit. We use this information only to verify your email, deliver your message, respond to your inquiry, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
You may also contact us by email or use links to third-party services such as Calendly, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Information you provide directly to those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
Contact-form security
The contact form includes a hidden spam-trap field and Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information such as an IP address, browser characteristics, and challenge results for this security purpose.
Before a message is delivered, we send a six-digit verification code to the email address entered in the form. The code expires after ten minutes. The website stores only a protected verifier for the code together with the pending message. Failed-code attempts are limited, and the temporary record is deleted after successful delivery or expiration.
Email delivery
Verification codes and completed contact messages are delivered using Cloudflare Email Service. A completed message is sent to Garner Heart to Heart Connections. The email address you provide is used as the reply address so Kionna can respond directly.
Website operation and analytics
Our hosting provider may process limited technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. This website does not currently use Google Analytics or other visitor analytics tracking.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated advertising or add you to a marketing list without a separate request from you.
How long information is kept
Pending contact-form records and verification-code data expire automatically after a short period. Delivered messages may be retained in business email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain correspondence, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
When information may be shared
Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website, security checks, and email delivery on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of a person, or to investigate misuse of the website.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you through website correspondence, request a correction, or ask us to delete it when no legal or operational reason requires retention. You may also choose not to use the form and contact us directly by email.
