Helping turn lessons into building blocks.

Kionna is an author, inspirational speaker, personal development facilitator, and the founder of Garner Heart to Heart Connections, LLC. She uses professional and personal experiences to help people move beyond trauma, discover their God-given identity, pursue wholeness, and realign with purpose.

Her first book, Garner Heart to Heart: An Honest Journey From Trauma to Triumph, shares a deeply personal story of healing, forgiveness, faith, and transformation.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, where she studied Professional Development and Organizational Leadership. Born and raised in Syracuse, Kionna continues to serve the city she calls home.

She shares life with her husband, whom she has known since their teenage years. Together, they have three children and are blessed with grandchildren. Her ultimate goal is to serve and inspire others, grounded in the belief that “iron sharpens iron” and “we are helpers one to another.”
